Teach your employees about the overnight lock box because my key was in there and your employees kept telling me no it wasn't and they could have just overrided the system and give me the pin because the app wasn't working on my phone and they definitely didn't

I would definitely recommend making getting the U-Haul a bit easier if someone is not going to be in the office. I didn’t like how there was so many steps just to receive it. The app told me to be on time and I was but all the extra steps made it past the pick up time and I was already on a time crunch.

Daniel RBecause the manager rod my location was called away by a medical emergency I had to check out with my phone on Safari. The ordeal lasted an hour and a half! Rest assured I will not be renting from U-Haul again.
