This is not the facilities problem, but in general U-Haul needs to advise filling out all these questionnaires before customer gets there because it’s very difficult to get everything done when you’re on a time crunch

Kevin SThe overall pick up was terrible: it was supposed to be self guided. I couldn’t get the keys. It took 45 minutes just to get access to the vehicle. At 7:30 in the morning, that’s not the greatest. Issues with the check in definitely soured the transaction. I was not happy especially given I was on a time crunch. And to lose 45 minutes wasn’t acceptable.
Brittany NWe dropped the vehicle about 4 PM on a Friday 4/3/26 The person in charge at the desk, just took the key but didn’t have us sign papers. However, paperwork shows we dropped it 8 AM on Sat. 4/4/26 If something happened to the vehicle sitting on the lot, during that time, we would have been responsible?
MATTHEW BAbsolutely terrible experience Could not get at 9 when I reserved it. Office said open at 8am but was closed. Got key at 11 am finally.
