WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have always considered UHAUL as a reliable company. I have rented trucks before and never had a problem. This time the truck was completely filthy, like they haven't cleaned it for a long time. The steering wheel and ignition seemed loose and about to breack. I was supposed to pick up the truck in a facility close to home but they sent me a text message the day before to inform me they had changed the pick up location to a small town a little more than half hour from home. I did not find in the truckthe equipment I requested.

RELIABLE CWhen I first pulled in the parking lot, I didn't know where the truck was because there was no U-Haul trucks within sight. I had to hunt around the property to find the truck.
Christopher KArrived to find the uhaul under 4” of snow with totally iced in windshield with non working wipers. Passenger door frozen. Took 45 mins to work on it to be able to drive. Arrived at destination and the locking mechanisms on the back of truck totally frozen also. Took additional 25 mins to attempt to chip away ice.
