When I first pulled in the parking lot, I didn't know where the truck was because there was no U-Haul trucks within sight. I had to hunt around the property to find the truck.

Arrived to find the uhaul under 4†of snow with totally iced in windshield with non working wipers. Passenger door frozen. Took 45 mins to work on it to be able to drive. Arrived at destination and the locking mechanisms on the back of truck totally frozen also. Took additional 25 mins to attempt to chip away ice.
