ROBERT DWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have always considered UHAUL as a reliable company. I have rented trucks before and never had a problem. This time the truck was completely filthy, like they haven't cleaned it for a long time. The steering wheel and ignition seemed loose and about to breack. I was supposed to pick up the truck in a facility close to home but they sent me a text message the day before to inform me they had changed the pick up location to a small town a little more than half hour from home. I did not find in the truckthe equipment I requested.
