Drop off location phone number was a cash back recording. Never could reach anyone at the drop off location. Had to call U-Haul to get customer service to check me in. Did not get a receipt for 2 days
MICHAEL BHad a wonderful experience renting a 20’ U-Haul truck. The truck ran good and was very clean.
Joesph GWe arrived at 8 am to pick up the vehicle and no one was there. We were able to get the truck until 9:30. I ordered pads and a dolly and they were not in the truck. I was told by the store owner that U-Haul did not notify him of a rental. He was not aware that anyone was coming to get one until he saw the unit was activated at 8 that morning. There was a lot of inconsistencies in the communication. I still have not been reimbursed for the pads and dolly that was not in the truck and had to pay an extra $150 when I returned the truck. The miles from the house to apartment is a total of 92 miles. I was charged for 200+ miles.
