The person who handles the u haul was not there by the appointment time, had to return an hour later. They had lot of issues through the app, almost 30 minutes to give me the unit. Because of this I received the contract stating that fuel was full when it was 3/4 of a tank.? Left front tire low of air and cargo area soaked with water. Dolly and blankets were not available.
