I rented several times here and there was an issue each time. The last one I rented I was accused of not returning the U-Haul when the location did not checkout my rental, not very secure in knowing that someone else could just go and put miles on it after we rented it out .

Make sure the transmission isn't scary as hell
Brian KThe only reason I put no for if personnel were helpful is because I check the uhaul in myself without any assistance and simply used the app. Very easy to follow instructions that didn’t involve a third party.
ELIZABETH KIf someone orders a truck 3 months in advance it should be available on the date of the reservation at the location it is to be rented from. I am disabled and notifying the Better Business Bureau of the experience.
