I could not get the keys to the truck and was still charged. This was over a week ago and I still have not been refunded. This was a terrible experience.

i would recommend to a friend only if necessary. There is no one "on site" on a regular basis, but at least they called to confirm when I could pick up the truck. Not a very professional "presentation" but it was ok...
