This was the third place we had to go for the U-Haul… we were tossed between places, told that the facility had a U-Haul and then did not. We ended up at 2G’s Beauty and they helped us immensely. Overall- U-Haul customer service was absolutely horrible.

CHIQUITA ELocation proprietor was less than helpful. Contract had equipment ID that they were not able to provide due to a lock that couldn't be removed from hitch. Provided an alternate car hauler but did not update the contract with the correct equipment ID. Went back to the proprietor and explained the situation, was told the corrections had been made but were not.
