I had to go to 6 places before I could pick up a truck. I kept getting the run around as to where my truck was. I ended having to get a 10’ truck instead of a 15’ truck. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with a representative from Virginia and I am in Delaware. I was put 5 hours behind schedule. It was a horrible experience.
