The only thing I had a problem with, didn’t think it was the right place because it was a beauty supply store, and none of the trucks was outside out front so I thought it was the wrong place, but I went in and talked to a very nice young lady, and she informed me that the vehicles was in the back but overall, it was great. It was fast service and she was very polite. I will rent from them again.

NICHOLAS TWaited for over 40 minutes before I was serviced. The customer before me did not have a reservation and was just inquiring and did not move forward with a rental. It took less than 5 minutes to process my rental since I completed all of the forms and checked off my specific insurance coverage, pads, and dolly. I requested two packs of furniture pads and did receive what appeared to be two packs. However, once opened there were a total of nine and not twelve. The truck had 1/2 tank and required me to fill up the truck in very inclement weather. This is a large rental operation but does not have adequate support to sustain adequate customer service expectations.
