I prefer an unlimited mile rental as opposed to the 50 mile limit. Luckily I was only over that limit about 5 miles. The truck needs shocks. otherwise it was painless with pickup and drop off

I had reserved a larger unit from a different facility and when I went to check in last night on your app my reservation had somehow disappeared. Very disappointed at that point with U-Haul. Fortunately the people at 2Gs had a smaller unit available I was able to make work.
