This drop off experience confirmed that I will *never* use U-Haul going forward if these are the types of associate businesses we have to deal with. This person literally refused our Kash refund saying that he doesn’t do that there, told us to go to a different city to return the van, and did everything he could to discourage us waiting for our discount. We had to get on with corporate to eventually get a check cut and have to wait now to receive/cash the check when we paid in cash, and were told we’d get our deposit in cash. All because this business owner fought every step of the way. He was absolutely disgusting and the worst customer service/business sales person I’ve ever dealt with. Never again!

Everything was good
Linda TTruck was old but ran week and met my needs. Location attendant was very courteous and helpful. Will use this location again.
Thomas Rthe gas cap was broken. also the guy at the counter kept rushing me but also interrupting what we were doing to help customers buy smokes. when i brought the truck back he kept trying to argue with me about the broken gas cap even though I had called the 1-800 number about it.
Jamie LThe mileage on pickup was entered correctly as 92217 miles verified by phone picture at 806 am. Upon return, mileage was 92272 for a total of 55 miles. Invoice received from U-Haul was for 73 miles because U-Haul had starting miles at 92199 which was incorrect. Owner was loud and belligerent refusing to do anything but say it was U-Hauls’ issue. Based on wrong mileage reading, I was overcharged around 29 dollars. Will never use Farooques Citgo ever again and will let as many people as possible know about my “experience”. Not sure how a wrong mileage reading gets entered but since I paid Farooque I asked him to rectify the error. Just kept getting loud and belligerent trying to shut down the discussion. Is there anyone who can correct this?
