One suggestion would be to indicate that the u-haul is just parked on the street. I was under the impression that i was picking it up from an actual U-Haul center. Besides from that, everything else was good.

I was pleasantly surprised at the location. I wish I was tall in advance where I was dropping the truck off. I had to stop and adk some people where is the u hall. If there wasn't uhall truck parked on the street, I wouldn't have known that was the area I was supposed to drop the truck. That information should have told upfront since the area is congested and dont seem like a normal drop-off. I appreciated how close it was from where I was when i was about to dropped off to where I used to drop-off in the past. Very convenient.
