When I received the truck, I opened the back and it had roaches and had trash in it. I had to spray the truck down and sweep it out before I could put anything it it which caused me to have to get an extension. Then the extra charges came. As much as I use the company I have never had a situation like this

The office was closed at 11:30 pm for pick up. It took over 30 mins to get going in truck. But, once the truck was obtained everything went smooth. Johnathan Diaz was very helpful with everything on pick up and return.
