Maintain the equipment and assure it is in good working order. Including safety precautions to insure there are no bad breaks, bald tires, surge brakes on auto transport are actually working. Road test trucks and equipment before renting them to the public. Basically do your job Uhaul before some is serious injured or killed.

ROBIN DArrangements were made & confirmed 2 times with the owner. At time of pickup owner was not at location or reachable by phone. Staff was unaware of reservation & did not know how to release the vehicle. I called regional office for assistance. After several attempts regional office (Angie) assisted us in release. It was a gobbled up mess & we will NEVER refer anyone to this location.
