DEMETRICE SDrop off was done after hours, no personnel present. A little tricky to park trailer
RICHARD WThis was the secondary auto transport location since the first the lights did not work. The owner made it about herself since UHaul was not supposed to reserve anything between 12-1pm EST.
LUIS MOverall, U-Haul should allow the customer to pic return dates. (Example I traveled 1 way from VA to MI) U-Haul said 4 days and charged for 4 days. * If I returned earlier, the price should be adjusted. * If U-Haul wanted the drop off at a location other than the customer choice, U-Haul should offer a discount to drop off at that location.
