It was after hours drop off so I did not meet with anyone there, but the lot was large and clean so it was easy to disconnect the trailer and place it somewhere safe. The location is open and easy to get to with entrance from two different roads since it's on a corner.

jerry H.Location is convenient, staff is nice. Truck was clean! But it needs a little work done. The steering is loose and the transmission shifts way too late. Also you have to be very sturdy with the driver door for it to close properly. These were the main things I've noticed. Other than that, my overall experience and satisfaction is great! I liked the convenience of the lock box.
