I selected the “pick up at counter” option and when I arrived, the business was closed and the office looked vacant. Called U-Haul and they had to explain that this was a place where I would have to fill out a verification form online, get a code, find a lock box. The verification form also required me to provide two people that U-Haul could call to confirm I was who I said I was. Snow wasn’t removed from the windshield or hood when I arrived.
