The location is about 3 miles off the beaten path from Newport, PA in an auto repair shop/junk yard. I never entered the "office"/building, so cannot comment on that. With that in mind, I suppose I should have marked the location as "excellent" over all. (There's a very friendly cat) I only rented a truck which was fairly well swept, but needed the cup holders wiped down (we did). The gentleman running the place was friendly and took care of the transaction in minimal time and we were on our way. There is nothing about my experience that would stop me from recommending it.

Ashley GIt’s in the middle of nowhere. The location the map gave us was incorrect. It seems like a junk yard…until we spotted a U-Haul. There were weeds everywhere, lots of mud, and the bugs were relentless.
