Not helpfulat all. Plus he didn't include/add my coverage on my agreement and wouldn't you know the dolly damaged our vehicle. Thank god the lady on the phone say that I had added it. These guys seemed annoyed that they rent out U-Haul trucks can't be bothered. The location is not very convenient

Overall very good but website advised no car haulers but three were in parking lot and none were available
Kenneth SSurvey does not allow for 24 hour drop off. There were no personnel to be helpful should this question should include an N/A choice.
DENNIS DIndividual at the drop off location didn't conduct a turn in inspection.
