We rented a box trailer to protect our stuff as we moved it from Washington to Southern California. Well it did not protect anything. Thousands of dollars worth of vinyl records got ruined because your trailer didn’t protect anything. It leaked because everything in the trailer was wet when we got here. My son is devastated as he worked very hard to build his collection.

The truck cab was dirty, it had a giant pile of something liquid on the passenger side seat.
