U-Haul needs to stay on top of which “neighborhood” locations are open or closed. My drop off location was permanently closed and I had to find another one. However the service at Rossano & Sons was excellent.

You rent for a certain amount and then when they hit you with the mileage, insurance which I was told I had to take and $5/day for blankets, the invoice doubles of what you expected. It would have been nice to know my $280 rental was going to cost almost $700. that is not acceptable.
