Location was too far from my home No sign in front that I could see , too many potholes

Tom PLuckily there was a very friendly staff member there to assist us as we could not complete the self-service by ourselves. We got as far as the "scan the barcode at your location step," but there was no barcode to scan - only a QR code and the app wasn't recognizing that. Otherwise the truck was in great condition and the location was fairly easy to get to. However, this was not the location we initially chose. The pick-up location was changed on us and no reason was provided. This located ended up being 25 min out of our way compared to our original choice.
