How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was totally sketchy. Picked up the UHual on a Sunday. Not a person in sight. View of road completely obstructed so anything could have happened to me back there. Equipment had 160,000. Transmission was messed up, over revved and drank gas. Interior was beat to shit. Windshield had a crack. Exterior was a mess.
ZACHARY TThe entire process with Rossano and Sons was so easy and convenient. Thank you.
Scott LIt was far for me and the road was poorly maintained with a lot of large pot holes.
Elizabeth MHave the correct equipment that was ordered. I truly don’t know where the mixup happened but regardless I ordered a trailer with the motorcycle scotch and when I got there that wasn’t the correct trailer. So I had to travel 45 more minutes one way to pick up the correct trailer. And what truly frustrates me about this whole process is everyone kept saying the trailer that I wanted is not for one way travel. Which I knew was incorrect because I had rented the same type of trailer four different times before. And it’s wrote all over the side of the trailer one way or down the road travel. Honesty is big with me.
