I called and reserved a truck but then had to cancel due to a delay in my original closing date. I literally called with a few hours notice they had not one but two different rentals ready. I would most definitely use their services again.

Would only recommend during hours of operation during the cold weather. The off hours keys lock box is uncovered and not protected from the elements, it took close to an hour to get the turn lock unfrozen and the partition cover wiggled free from the ice buildup to finally retrieve the keys for my scheduled pickup. Manager was nice and said a covered pick up station had been requested, I’m obviously not the only person this happened to so hopefully they make the upgrade.
