No attendant at this location; all done on TruckShare so if you have any issues out of the ordinary it can be more difficult to resolve. Did online check-in with uploading drivers' license before going to location "to save time" as the website said, but during the on-phone onsite check-in it made me do it all over again anyway - three times. Doing it by phone hangs sometimes during/after the upload/step-by-step photos + verifications process, had to refresh, restart process several times. Took almost an hour onsite in the hot sun to get thru the process even tho I did the DL prior. Also later had to extend rental so had to call U-Haul directly and go thru phone menus etc, no courtesy free days/miles, etc. I would much prefer to do at an attended location rather than rely on local mobile IT to work properly.

Dropped the truck off on Memorial Day, so nobody was there. There was no designated parking area and no U-Haul signs. Finally found the Dropbox for the key and left truck parked in best clear area. Had to call afternoon next day to make sure checkin was good.Shawn was friendly, but said his U-haul guy had not come in yet. Finally got an email yesterday confirming good checkin. Also, the U-haul mobile app is garbage. I could not get it to recognize my reservation despite spending over 20 minutes on the phone with a U-Haul rep in Buffalo. That cost me over an hour in lost loading time and late arrival at my first overnight stop.
Neil WBecause it was Saturday the drop off location was closed so there was no help other than a woman on the phone. The address numbers for the building were hard to find being on a down spout pipe at the opposite side of the building from lock box.
GARY KIt was not explained nor was I given any infomration about needing a lock box code to pick up the truck at this location. Luckily a worker nearby found the one person who just happened to be there at the time that knew what was going on and how to pick up the trucks at this location. Otherwise I would have been stuck with no truck. Also, even though I made the reservation a month in advance, I get there to find that no moving blankets are at this location. I reserved them with the truck so I was left with no choice but to go BUY blankets at a nearby walmart costing me another $120 that I now just throw away because no one confirmed all my stuff with my rental. Only bright spot, truck was in good working order.
Dennis BThe employees have nothing to do with U-Haul so they were useless. The U-Haul website did not work properly on its own. They did not have at the location the items I ordered online (appliance dolly). The whole experience made me never want to get another U-Haul.
