I'm the instructions make it clear that the box to get the key for the truck iis not in a box that's located in the truck that it's actually located in key box on the back side of the post closet the entrance door to the business
Chad LThe truck needs immediate maintenance. Original reservation was for Monday drop off. Once reservation was complete it changed it to Sunday then charged me for Sunday. Fix your website and maintain your trucks.
Melinda MHorrible experience, it took an hour to rent the truck, place was unclean and looked deserted, I’ll never use them again, my location changed from Douglas to here, I was charged for extra mileage for drop off and it was not my fault
