I will NEVERRRRRRRRR in my life use your company for anything again! Nobody knows what they're doing they just transfer you to other people over and over again until someone is just smart enough to figure it out. I scheduled for to pick up the truck using the app, which should have been a easy 2 minute situation. Two HOURS later. 20 more dollars in gas, and a migraine , i had to go to a whole different location and deal with the runaround for another hour before i got the truck. You guys dont coordinate with the pickup locations AT ALL. When I got the truck there wasn't enough air in the tire and the gas tank lid was loose. When I returned the truck the gas station cashier WAS SO RUDE to me. I put gas in the truck but CLEARLY not enough because when they checked it she rolled her eyes at me and called me a liar and told me you guys would charge me $38 for gas even though i put gas in AND only drove like 12 miles. Then when the drop off was complete she literally interrupted me mid sentence and said " were done you can call deal with uhaul" and turned away from me. Not a " thank you" ,no "have a good night" nothing. I deserve to be treated better and you guys lost me as a customer for life. Get it together! I will also be leaving a public review and letting the BBB know how I feel.

The people there were friendly and efficient, both during pick up and drop off. Would definitely go there again!
TRACY BThe guy who we dropped the car off too was very rude, and seemingly racist. We got to the location, and were immediately asked if we were dropping off a U-Haul, to which me and my boyfriend replied “yes, but we’re filling it up with gas first.” He then got very snappy asking us where our contract was and told us we needed to fill the car up to where it was before we got it. We again told him that’s what we were doing, and that we used the mobile pick up and drop off option, so everything was online. He then for the third time reminded us that we needed to fill the car up all of the way as my boyfriend was already reaching to pump the gas. We gave him the key, had everything filled up, and all of our stuff out. He then in a very snarky voice stated that we had to get all of our stuff out. We told him that we had already done so, and to have a good night. He was overall just very rude, and un-inviting. Definitely not something you want to experience at the drop off of your U-Haul in a new city you just moved to. Love U-Haul, but that man was very unkind and degrading towards us.
