The drop off location was not easily accessible. The agent did help with parking the trailer, he was not very communicative with the close out process.

Jon HI was charged cleaning fee. I have uploaded the photos to app, there was nothing required to be clean. Even the rep, that i spoke to over phone, could not find anything to be cleaned. Hidden Charges, which is not fair. I was charged for the fuel, i brought the vehicle with the same amount of fuel, that i was handed over. Again, unfair trade practices. I was charged for the dolly and hand truck and when i asked to have that, they say they dont have it. So, i had to purchase a hand truck, which costed me $100 as other U haul dealers stated that they cannot provide me a dolly or hand truck as i did not rent a truck from them. Also, i got the truck late after waiting for almost an hour at the Jaymann Nisku location. I got the truck at around 11:30 am on 28 Feb. Further, i got a message that i have to return truck at 2 Feb 4 am, which is not 2 days, that is there in the truck. Uhaul is worst. I wont recommend and neither use u haul in the future. Their services are worst, so are the neighbourhood dealers.
