I was charged cleaning fee. I have uploaded the photos to app, there was nothing required to be clean. Even the rep, that i spoke to over phone, could not find anything to be cleaned. Hidden Charges, which is not fair. I was charged for the fuel, i brought the vehicle with the same amount of fuel, that i was handed over. Again, unfair trade practices. I was charged for the dolly and hand truck and when i asked to have that, they say they dont have it. So, i had to purchase a hand truck, which costed me $100 as other U haul dealers stated that they cannot provide me a dolly or hand truck as i did not rent a truck from them. Also, i got the truck late after waiting for almost an hour at the Jaymann Nisku location. I got the truck at around 11:30 am on 28 Feb. Further, i got a message that i have to return truck at 2 Feb 4 am, which is not 2 days, that is there in the truck. Uhaul is worst. I wont recommend and neither use u haul in the future. Their services are worst, so are the neighbourhood dealers.
