I got charged 183 dollar just for 2 hours the boy who was incharge to give us truck did not eaxplained well that if u guys drop on different location than pick up one there is different charges for it its way more expensive in this way i would say guy should clear this as we were new custmor to u haul felt like got betrayed i did not checked website. Details as i was in last movement to rent and i had enough tome to return on same location if he tells the truth ..

Ken TThere was a problem with the lights but the gents were quick to get it fixed. The uhaul service guy was fast and super helpful. Thanks again. Was pretty muddy location. Trailer could have been washed. But in the end the trailer didn't job. Appreciate it.
Benjamin LWhen I pick up the trailer it was dirty and yet when I dropped it off, they wants us to pay for the cleaning fee which is not good given that we picked up the trailer dirty and nobody tells us that it needs to be cleaned or if not take a picture of it. Also, the adaptor they gave us is not suitable for our car in which, I pay extra $22 and they told us it's compatible.
