I got there at 10:30 AM when they supposed to open at 10 AM on Sunday September 20 th 20206 , got there and the place was closed and no one was there , i called the (825-*******) Number the guy answer let me check maybe the person went to get a coffee , 15 minutes later he came half sleep ,yawning and sleep, he had a hard time processing the pickup and then he got its to work after 20 minutes waiting, hooked up the trailer and I asked about using the washroom , he respond with i already locked the door , just do it behind the trucks parked at the dealership. The place is very dirty and sketchy and creepy. Very bad experience and very disappointed with U-Haul.

Gerald HThe truck was clean and looked new, the two wheel car dolly was missing some minor parts and the connector for the lights needed to be fixed so it would fit into the socket on the truck also the straps are showing some wear and fraighing
