Always, kind, fast and professional at the old Nitro Moose Lodge location. They U-Haul was in good condition and well maintained.
Nancy BTried charging double what I was quoted on the phone. Changed my reservation price. I wanted a 20 foot truck but did not have one in WV so the manager gave me a 26 foot truck at 20 foot price. Price was correct on my reservation then it got changed when I picked it up. Took about 20 minutes to get fixed, When I checked the truck it had about 30 blankets and a dolly inside. I went in and told them so they unloaded the items. Need to rent one this Saturday but going to check around first.
