Staff is very helpful and friendly. My only issue is that the storage areas were too small for my family but they were very gracious in giving me the information for another Uhaul across town that had larger units and cleared me from the old unit with no issues.

THEODORE RLarge tow trailer did not have a hitch stand. How did you expect me to pick ip the trailer and hook it? Too heavy. I went to another location - St Albans. They hooked it up for me
