The owner, John, helped out every possible step of the way and even went out of his way to ensure we wouldn't lose our chance to get the vehicle when our original plans with Enterprise went down. He was patient, kind and helpful through every step, helped us through every question and issue that cropped up, and even went out of his way to ensure we could still get the vehicle settled when the UHAUL site went down.
