Apparently, the U-Haul app was down at the place where we returned our unit. She did promise to get it checked in, so hopefully that did get done. There was also very poor signage to find the building.
CARL Fno room for 26 ft truck had to park across parking bays
KENNETH PThis isn’t location specific, it’s company specific. I think it’s a very messed up that i was charged for 2 days but I didn’t need 2 days and i don’t get a partial refund. That’s taking advantage of the customer.
CARLIAN LThis was a terrible experience. The company kept calling me to locate the truck weeks after i dropped it off. Gas was incorrect and milage was incorrect.
