This is a Boost Mobile store location and it is difficult to get in and out of with a 26' truck. This size truck should not be located at this location. The signage in the store window is only visible from one side of the road so if you are coming from the other direction the only way you truly know it is a Uhaul authorized dealer is by the trucks in the parking lot. My biggest complaint with this rental was that we were sent to a location in Chamblee GA for pick up of the truck and toy hauler and when we arrived, neither was available and we had to go to this Lilburn location to ge the truck and then the next day drive across Atlanta to pick up the toy hauler at a location way out of the way. Why were we not sent tot he truck location in the first place?

Charles LApparently, the U-Haul app was down at the place where we returned our unit. She did promise to get it checked in, so hopefully that did get done. There was also very poor signage to find the building.
