The lady in the office was rude and had an attitude. The truck had hair clips beads and other debris on the floor. I swept it out even thought it wasn’t my trash because I felt like the lady was going to be vindictive and charge me for trash that was already there. She also told me that I would be charged for an additional day after 6 hours of using the truck. When returning the equipment I asked if she could help me check in she told me no and told me to do it in the app. Very rude and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. This is the worst experience I ever had dealing with U-Haul.

Jennifer TRude counter person over priced haul had less gas in it that I put back in got charger extra and only put 16 miles on u haul had for 1 day says I returned it on Monday which is a lienever again do not recommend
