The lady that helped me had an attitude from the beginning of our conversation. She was very short and rude for no reason. I never matched her energy I just smiled and stayed calm. I use the truck for less than 2 hours and she tried to charge me a fee for leaving a tape measure in the front. I was also charged 4.50 for fuel and I topped it off. I wasn’t gonna argue with her. She told me that we are grown folks and too old to have to be cleaned up behind. The unprofessionalism blew me although I could understand Because it Norfolk but that was uncalled for. If that was someone else that couldn’t control their emotions their would have undeniably been a confrontation

The lady in the office was rude and had an attitude. The truck had hair clips beads and other debris on the floor. I swept it out even thought it wasn’t my trash because I felt like the lady was going to be vindictive and charge me for trash that was already there. She also told me that I would be charged for an additional day after 6 hours of using the truck. When returning the equipment I asked if she could help me check in she told me no and told me to do it in the app. Very rude and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. This is the worst experience I ever had dealing with U-Haul.
