Reservation was scheduled at 6 but had to wait for the store to open to receive my key. The store manager or associate knew the word lock on the after hour box was rusty but did not let me know, accommodate , or change my reservation. I paid For an appliance dolly to be on the truck and it was not there. The U-Haul is a good location but the 2 hour delay was an inconvenience.

Clean the equipment
LEEVONE MI don’t know what handling the transaction online is like because I went into the office. To me this is the best way to handle a rental. The office was clean and inviting. The gentleman working was pleasant, thorough and very efficient. He handled the small issue I had with professionalism.
