Everything went as planned. I got the truck I wanted. Check in was fast. The agent was pleasant and check out easy. Very good experience.
emanuel sTruck we were given was an "ancient" model. You need to put these models out of commission. It was clunky and difficult to drive. This method of "delivering" the equipment to the customer works if the facility is good; it is well-marked; and the staff is attentive. I have had good experience with U-Haul for over 45 years. This was the worst. There was MUCH BETTER equipment where we dropped off the truck. Overall, just the most unpleasant and awful experience.
