I was charged for two rental periods, despite returning the truck well within the 4 hours. Checked it out at 3:43 and checked it in at 7:21, I have a read receipt on the text of me checking it back in at that time, but the receipt says I didn't check it in until 7:55 and so i was charged for another 4 hours. The location was otherwise great, but that double charge is shady

Kevin CAvoid this location at any cost! They did not check-in the truck when we returned it, had to go back the next day and have them do it. Will never use this location again and will probably stick to another business from now on because of this experience.
David CMake sure the truck is checked in before next customer, train all workers how to go into the computer to rent the truck and how to check it back in. I waited an hour to get the truck. Didn't mind because I was a little early picking it up, but the next customer might not have that type of time to wait.
