Melanie MThey scammed us and lied about our drop off time and gas mileage. We had to call customer service to sort things out. They are scamming people.
Deirdre FPick up was fine, person spoke English snd was very knowledgeable with the process,.friendly. The return was poor, couldn't understand the representative, had little knowledge of the return, but he had a pleasant attitude. This pickup location was actually in a gas station, had to allow other customers to make their purchases while I was put aside. Wasn't the employee's fault. Just not an ideal Uhaul , location .
