I booked my reservation 10 days in advance, was guaranteed a truck, drove 2 hours to pick it up only to be told there was no truck available and no solution was offered. I had to spend 2 additional hours in an unfamiliar town trying to find another rental amd was then told I'd have to pay over 500 dollars to change locations. It worked out in the end thanks to the help of one single helpful person in customer service after talking with 5 other people, but it was a stressful nightmare

CONNIE HItems I was told by Uhaul that was supposed to be in the truck wasn’t and I had to travel approximately 40 miles to two different locations to get the items and one of the locations was very rude and blamed me for stating I should’ve known that the stuff doesn’t come with the truck. The original place and return place in Barnwell was the best and most convenient and respectful location
