This is strictly a no interaction, app reliant location. Make sure you understand that as the customer since U-Haul fails to inform you even when you requested a full service type pick up location.

Shareen HDidn't have the dolley we ordered online - had to go to a second location -- took and hour and cost me money for the movers I hired who were waiting. Not a great experience at all.
Richard BI initially chose to return the truck to State Line Auto in North Augusta where I had rented before. When I pulled into the driveway around 11am there was no where to park except their driveway. I walked up to the door and was greeted by a sign saying call two different numbers. Also that there was a dog inside to be aware of. The first number no one answered, the second number was a lady. She said park the truck if I could, if not, leave it. As I looked around for a parking spot, a truck pulled up and a guy jumped out and said “Did you call my number?” I said yes. He immediately said aggressively that I couldn’t park there and he has too many cars for sale. Also that it was too much of an inconvenience to accept U-Haul trucks. I said this is where I’m supposed to drop it off, what am I supposed to do? He said for me to drive it up the road to the next U-Haul location, so I did. Now I’m frustrated. I pulled up to the location, an old cinder block building with tire everywhere. I go in and find a man watching tv and told him what happened, he said yes. I asked what should I do and he said nothing, I will take care of everything, just leave the key with him. I told him the truck was full which was a little more than I rented it with. This was Wednesday around 12pm, almost a full day before I was supposed to return the vehicle. I looked on the app every day to see if anything was updated, nothing. Then Monday I see a charge for $59.00 for being late. I guess the nice man needed to make a little money at my expense. Needless to say the whole return experience was terrible. You would expect a company as large as U-Haul would be a little more professional.
MICHAEL FHad none of the things I paid for in it. Then they charged me an extra $1,500 by “accident” which will take at least a week to get back. Just a dirty awful place who didn’t care. Customer service from corporate was good but that’s it.
