It was my first and last time using the mobile pick up. The ID scanner wouldn't work. I also had trouble manually uploading pics of my ID. It eventually worked after I chatted with support. In the store the manager had to go online, find my reservation and go through the whole process again to give me the key. After a half hour start to finish I was in the truck to find it was almost on empty. This truck share is a hectic process. I was so turned off that I don't know if I'll do business with Uhaul again. The staff in the store were friendly and helpful- I will go back there for snacks and refreshments.

No communication here. They did not know what they were doing. Had to wait until the cashier checked out the customers. The truck was on empty. It was Self Service U-Haul.
Kimberly HU-Haul changed the location of the pick up three times which created issues with the move due to delay
Chris WThe rental agent was remote in Egypt the worker at the gas station was nice but was too swamp to attend to us when we arrived.
Timothy EThis location was the absolute worst. It took over an hour to pick up the truck because no way was there who could use the system. The workers had to contact the owner, she wasn't available, so her husband contacted me via text to do the pick up. I returned the truck an entire day early (midnight Saturday) and then was contacted by the regional manager on Wednesday asking when would I return the truck. Luckily, I took pictures with time stamps of the drop off and mileage (because there was no one who could do the return and the link provided had expired) and I had my texts where I contacted the owners husband to inform them the truck was back. It literally was sitting there for 3 days before I was contacted. By far the WORST uhual experience!
