Brad MThe only thing that I didn’t like was that the fuel tank was at quarter tank of fuel. So my first stop was fuel which l didn’t like . Anyways l think that the fuel tank should be full when you picked it up then it would be easier to fill instead of trying to put the same fuel back when you return it. But other than that it worked good . Thanks
Noel JThere was nobody there at 3pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. We felt uncomfortable just leaving the trailer in the yard with nobody there to check it in or document it's condition upon return. We called the number for the location and the person that answered said he "wasn't home" but he would call us back and confirm the return when he got there. He did call me back to ensure that all was well with the rental return. I appreciated that.
