DON'T use this U-Haul location. The lady who helped us yesterday was above board with everything; even said we'd get a credit back for any mileage less than the 90 miles on the contract. Today was a totally different experience. This guy was a total jerk. Charged for 90 miles (at $1.09/mile) when only 53.6 were put on the truck. Also insisted the truck gas tank be full when there was only a 1/4 tank when we picked it up. Said we either fill the tank or he would and would charge $4.99 per gallon and a $30 service charge, and put it on our card. Had to put in 24 gallons (in addition to the 5 gallons of gas we already put in). This guy is dishonest.

The vehicle worked and did what I needed it to do. The cargo compartment of the truck was not clean but the owner was personable so that was good.
