I rented two trucks in the past week. The first week I was supposed to have a 25’ truck but it was apparently broken. All that was available was a 15’ truck. I had to make multiple trips. The following week I rented a 10’ truck and had to wait over an hour to get the truck because the system was down. I ended up calling U-Haul and having my reservation switched to an online check in and was able to get the truck that way. On top of all that, I was charged an extra $30 because the truck was at a quarter tank when I returned it. If I ever use U-Haul again it will not be from the location.
Chris CSent me out with a bad tire, rude service, had to waste about an hour of my time so they could blow up the tires so they weren't on time and didn't apologize at all told me oh it's ok deal with it more of

Blessing GDON'T use this U-Haul location. The lady who helped us yesterday was above board with everything; even said we'd get a credit back for any mileage less than the 90 miles on the contract. Today was a totally different experience. This guy was a total jerk. Charged for 90 miles (at $1.09/mile) when only 53.6 were put on the truck. Also insisted the truck gas tank be full when there was only a 1/4 tank when we picked it up. Said we either fill the tank or he would and would charge $4.99 per gallon and a $30 service charge, and put it on our card. Had to put in 24 gallons (in addition to the 5 gallons of gas we already put in). This guy is dishonest.
