We were pleased with the convenience and availability. We came to U-Haul after bad experiences with two competitors. Their prices were lower, but they couldn't deliver what they promised.
Michael FThis is not feedback on the location, but on the phone app. The phone app has some very frustrating bugs. When I was checking in online, I kept raking pictures and clicking keep, but it wouldn’t save them. If I backed up, I noticed some times the picture would load, but then if I tried to press continue the app would keep telling me I needed to load a picture. Also, I tried to say I didn’t receive the furniture pads, but the only way the the app would let me continue is if I said I had the pads. Honestly the app experience was so bad I’m going to be looking at other rental options in the future.
