I was told that I didn’t have to pay until after I brought it back and they would adjust my charges based on mileage. That never happened. I was charged at the very beginning for 75 miles but did not use all 75 miles and was never issued a refund for using less miles. I was never given a receipt that I returned it a day early either. I feel like I got overcharged and that the guy running the rental is way too loosey goosey with the rentals and the accuracy of charges for customers.

Just not as convenient to my original requested location, not as close to home and friends. Had to wait 45 minutes for my truck to arrive beyond my pickup time.

VARUN PIt was easy and so quick ..
Sandip PI was supposed to pick up at 8:30 am. The clerk on duty couldn't do the truck pick up. They called me back later and I couldn't pick up the truck till 11:00 am. The whole pick up was done with someone over the phone versus in person.
