Truck was parked inches from other trucks, making it very difficult to get into it or take pictures. Truck was not loaded with moving pads as ordered. Truck had a split seam in the roof of cargo box that was unrepaired and rain got in and soaked our boxes. Truck had unmaintained brakes that nearly cost us our lives. Location had no QR code to scan for app. Location was poorly lit and key locker was rusted and hard to access keys.

Shakeerah AThe reservation had incorrect information, it took a long time to get the truck and the return through the app is cumbersome, confusing and not user friendly. I did not book this location, Uhaul changed it after I had booked it. Was not happy about the change of venue either.
Holly EThe back of the truck was dirty including broken glass. I had to clean it before using it. The blankets were very dirty with leaves, sticks and lots of dust.
