Missing the dolly which I requested

VARUN PTruck was parked inches from other trucks, making it very difficult to get into it or take pictures. Truck was not loaded with moving pads as ordered. Truck had a split seam in the roof of cargo box that was unrepaired and rain got in and soaked our boxes. Truck had unmaintained brakes that nearly cost us our lives. Location had no QR code to scan for app. Location was poorly lit and key locker was rusted and hard to access keys.
