Roberto RThis location was not well maintained. Once arrived, the store employee had to call his boss about the uhaul pickup. I made a reservation several days in advance. I was on the phone with him for over 40 minutes because he could see my reservation but could not edit it due to what he said was individuals using the app and doing self check in. I had people waiting on me to load up the furniture and a two hour drive after that to get to the location to unload. It took over an hour to get the uhaul at the store. Two other people came into the store to see about reserving a uhaul and said their previous reservations were cancelled without any notification.
