There was nothing wrong with the drop off location, but I was frustrated that when I rented the U-Haul I was given NO indication that if I was late to the pick up it would make checking out the U-Haul on my phone difficult. In fact, it asked for an ESTIMATED pick up time. Because we were later than 9A, thinking that it would be fine since it was an ESTIMATE, I had to wait 20 extra minutes on the phone waiting in queue so that someone could change my pickup time and the app would let me check out the truck. It was very frustrating and added to an already frustrating experience of moving. If the truck is there and the app knows I haven't checked it out yet, why on earth should it matter what time it is??

Moralee RStore person said he would be there when we showed up instead of a different location. He was closed at330pm store hours posted till 5pm. Phone service was a run around for 20 minutes to get someone on line to help out.
