There were no problems with location or equipment. The problems were with U-Haul corporate. The app didn't work, the website didn't work, and there was nobody to assist in picking up or dropping off the equipment. I wasted over an hour of my time due to this. The gentleman at this location help me hook up the u-haul trailer to my car. I attached the chain and plugged in the breaks. I had to go back in the office and request dad he verify the correct functionality of the lights on the trailer. Other than that, the experience with just fine.Dan R.
Truck was found not clean and the floor was wet. This was only noticed after furniture was put into the truck leading to some property damage. Bird droppings were also inside the truck.horace M.

Leaked oil and water. ABS light would come on and go off. Renter knew about the issues before hand and did not solve issues before hand. Had to add fluids several times. Advised destination Uhaul location of issues.Caleb B.

We set up our appointment to pick up at C&J Uhaul in Erie. When we arrived, we were rudely told that our truck was not there and "what did we want (him) to do" We were moving to Pittsburgh on that day due to a delay of a week because Uhaul did not have any trucks available (or supposed to be) until this day (June 29th). We were then directed to make a 40 minute drive to go pick up one in North East. Completely inconsiderate of the customer in the entire situation.EMILY O.

I never received a contract and no one explained anything to me. They just handed me the key and showed me where the ruck was. When I picked the truck up it had a quarter tank of gas and when we returned a half of tank in there because that was what was supposed to be in it.Jaynie S.

Horrible time overall, I needed the truck rental at Harborcreek, PA because of later pickup time but was sent to a North East location which closed at 4 p.m. I called and called and called your 1-800 number and was told by one of your associates that she could not help me if I was angry. I will never rent from Uhaul again and will not refer any friends there either. Over all it was stressful and that was the last thing I needed.KATHIE P.
My orignal agreement was to pick up trailer in Erie,PA. Was told 1 day before pick-up I had to drive 25 miles to another location for trailer pik-up.. Very inconvenient, cost me gas money, had to leave work early from work for pick up.. I am NOT happy about this !!!MICHAEL G.

Exemplies that there is a minimum bar for U-Haul franchise. If there wasn't for a small sign and a single car dolly on site, I would not have known this was the right site. Of course there was no one on site and the place was locked up tight mid day Saturday. At least the drop location was close to my destination if rather spartan.Eric O.
had a problem with uhaul and never got through on a Saturday. was on hold for over 1 1/2 hours and no one ever answered the phone. Thank goodness someone else could help me or i would have been stuck along side the road!!!PAM B.

The employees and facility were nice, but there was the smallest sign to indicate the location. I had to drive around looking for a while. The truck was located behind several buildings and not easily spotted. This location needs a bigger sign out front on the road to clearly show where it it. I had to pull over and call the location to get proper directions. One other problem was that the employee setting me up couldn't locate a drop off location in Hermitage (which there is one). He could only direct me to other ones...I ended up calling U-Haul to double check that dropping off the truck at a location not specified to me by pcik-up location was ok, but I don't understand why he couldn't find a Hermitage U-Haul location while there clearly was one.LISA T.

i made reservation by phone. i need 10' truck cost $234.00 but reservation center told me they dont have it. they have only 17' truck available near location and they will match price with it if i am going to one way. but now i got charged $254.00 instead of $234 for truck. i got insurance also. so my total going to be $279+tax. i got charged $334.32. bz they charged me 299+tax. and this is not suppose to be. when i went to pick up my truck at location, the guy was not there at 9 am. we wait almost 1hrs for him. he came and turn the computer on he said computer is not working bz of freeze something. and internet is not working either. he took my information on paper and he didnt gave me receipt or anything. he said he will call me to give his location id, but he didnt call me. i told him make sure my price must me 234+45 insurance. and he said dont worry he will take care of it. but he didnt. he didnt gave me any kind of paper so says how much milege on it. i wrote down and what is gas. drop of location the lady gave me receipt and there is no charged. she told me everthing is set to go. this is not far to charge me 299 + tax. i need my money back. and charged me on 279+tax ( with insurance ).Ashish S.

I made the reservation via email. The location I chose was on the receipt I printed out with my confirmation number. However, the location I chose did not have the truck and I had to waste an hour trying to find where the truck was.AMY B.
