This has nothing to do with the location but everything to do with the company itself. This is the second time using uhaul and both times have been horrible. We have not been able to rent the truck we requested and even though a free upgrade is nice sometimes the truck is just too big for what is needed. This needs to be addressed as a company. I was upgraded on this rental which would be great except I didn't need a 26' truck so we chose to downgrade to a 15' truck with no mention of reimbursement for the over charges of the truck. Then I call and am told the rates have gone up in the past 4 days and what I paid is what it currently costs? Total bullshit. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone and will be moving with a different company from here on out.Joshua L.

We received a phone call this morning from a Misty with a Jacksonville area code 904- 781-9404. She was extremely rude. Her demeanor will affect our choice for using Uhaul in the future. I did not receive a final invoice by email as I was told that I would by the person on the counter. Otherwise, this was the best rental experience that I may ever have ever had. Though at pickup, there appeared to be slightly less than 1/4 tank of gas.Steven M.
The woman I dealt with was super nice and helpful, but somewhere along the line of paper work and truck got messed up. I sent my husband and his brother to drop the truck off at the place printed on my paper and there was NO uhaul company there, so they went to the next town and come to find out the truck that was given to me was "lost" the numbers didnt match up, not did the dolly, I had an appliance one when my contract had a utility, I ended up having to drive all the way down to where my husband was and wait while uhaul sorted it out! Wasted over an hour of our time and in reality, I was driving a "stolen" truck!! So my suggestion is PAY ATTENTION!!!Amanda S.
I had ordered it from a different location and if I had not stopped at the original location the day before, I would have showed up there to find no trailer. Fortunately, the lady called u-haul and was able to find one nearby that I could pick up. I was sent a text that had a different pickup location in it, but it had COVID-19 info as the first line. I ignored it thinking it was another unimportant email. Please change the first line on your texts to have U-Haul on it so people know who it is from.William S.

Agent was asked if a possible discount was available for alternate drop off location and she said there wasn't. I looked on my phone a few minutes after leaving and indeed there was.
