I reserved a 26’ truck from this location as it was the only one online saying it was definitely available for 8am pickup. When i arrived there was no one from the U-Haul side present, the gas station attendant helped me but told me the U-Haul worker wasn’t in that early, this caused me to be late for work as the attendant didnt know about my reservation. Also i had ordered a full size dolly and furni pads, only a smaller dolly was available at the location and did not fulfill my needs throughout the rental. When returning the vehicle the same problem of no one from the U-Haul side being present did concern me in terms of mileage and condition, a different gas station attendant said he would take the keys and id be emailed a receipt, though nobody inspected the vehicle upon my drop off
